We are following professional guidance to minimise the risk of covid-19 infection
We have adopted procedure to ensure a 2m distancing as much as possible whilst you are attending your session.
Our forms have moved online. We have also moved payment online which should be done prior to you attending your appointment.
What to expect:
To complete a Pre-screening form for Covid-19 symptoms prior to attendance (this will be included in your booking confirmation email)
To pre-pay for your session (the payment link will be included in your appointment confirmation email)
Appointments will have 10 mins in between to allow for the room to be cleaned, surfaces will to be fully cleaned with detergent and room will be aired before next client attends. You should attend at the time that is stated on your appointment confirmation email
Please come on time for your appointment, if you are early please wait outside the premises until your appointment time to avoid sitting in the main lobby. Enter the Premises and come straight upstairs to the treatment room where your therapist will be waiting for you.
Please wear a mask when you enter the premises and keep in place for the entire duration of your appointment
You will be asked to wash your hands and use hand sanitiser when you arrive in the room and again at the end of the session
Your therapist will also be using a mask for the appointment. The therapist will also use gloves and a disposable apron before making any physical contact with you.
